Our Philosophy
We believe that the young mind is dynamic and is constantly evolving .
Therefore, our programs must also be dynamic, innovative, and creative.
We believe that young minds are nurtured and developed best when proven
researched- based teaching and learning strategies are applied. Our program
employ three comprehensive components that we call The Optimum Three:
1. A Brain-Based Learning Environment
2. A Literacy- Rich Learning Environment
3. The Creative Curriculum
Each component is aligned with New Jersey Early Learning Expectations and
the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards. All of our programs are
comprised of :
ART SELF-EXPRESSION SINGING DANCING PLAY
STORY TELLING COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
FINE & GROSS MOTOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT DRAMATIC PLAY
MUSIC CULTURAL COGNITION TECHNOLOGY IMAGINATION
We believe that an effective learning environment means having a strategic
discipline policy. Therefore, we utilize the problem-solving approach. Oppose
to using punishment and rewards, we encourage children to discuss their
problem with an adult and with others involved. Together we develop a
solution. This approach helps to improve social skills and self-management.
This method also helps the child become aware of their actions towards other
people. For our little ones we simply positively correct their behavior and
redirect their attention. By using this process the young child begins to
recognize boundaries, understand appropriate behavior, and develop socially.
Every child is dynamic and is constantly evolving.
